At this time, MF Tactical ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, MF Tactical ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

All flashlights, batteries and accessories sold by MF Tactical come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  If a flashlight that fails to operate due to a manufacturing defect is returned by the customer during the warranty period, and so long as the flashlight not been misused or subjected to abuse, the light will be repaired at our cost or, if the flashlight cannot be repaired, replaced at no cost with a comparable flashlight.

Batteries are considered consumable items which are subject to varying usable life depending upon usage and storage conditions.  With average use and normal storage conditions, our batteries will normally last at least 5 years.  In the unlikely event that a battery which has not been misused or subjected to abuse does not perform for the duration of warranty period, the customer will be offered a pro-rata credit towards the purchase of a new battery.

While our flashlights are made to be as rugged and durable as possible, they are not “indestructible.”  As a result, if a flashlight is dropped on a hard surface, it may suffer damage to its reinforced glass lens and/or internal electronic components.  The customer is responsible for all damage caused by dropping or subjecting a flashlight to abuse or extreme conditions.  Do not attempt to disassemble or repair your flashlight, as repairs should only be made by a trained technician, and any damage caused by improper disassembly and/or reassembly of a flashlight is not covered by warranty.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a return for warranty service. MonsterFlashlight.com will pay to reship a flashlight to our customer following warranty service; provided that if there is no defect or problem found, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Any purchase made from our website may be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.  The items must be received within the return period in unused, perfect condition and must include all accessories and packaging materials.  If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to reject a return or deduct from a refund the cost of any missing, worn or damaged items and/or a 15% restocking fee.  All refunds will be less the value of any promotional code(s) used for purchase, including any free shipping offer.  All closeouts or products marked as “old new stock” are sold at a steep discount and are therefore final sales which are not returnable, however our full warranty does apply to these items.
